The property location was wonderful because we wanted to be near the Louvre and have access to subway stops. There were plenty of options for different train lines, restaurants, shops, and theater. The Louvre was two blocks away. We were also close to Musée du Orsay and were able to take plenty of leisurely walks on the Seine. Staff were amazing. Isaac was particularly helpful upon our arrival and proved to be a treasure of resources and information the first few days of our stay. The breakfast options were fantastic and provided enough options for balanced meals each morning without needing to go elsewhere to find complements. This was important because my mother and I have different dietary needs and we were both satiated. The property also hosted a fashion show and had some wonderful places to take photographs to commemorate my trip.

The hotel was wonderful. We were able to get in 2 hours early which really surprised us. The elevator was having issues but thankfully the staff were able to bring up all our luggage in the staff only elevator. Our room was on the 5th floor and was one of the newly renovated ones. It was bright, spacious by Paris standards and modern with touches of classic European style. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations so we were able to access 4 different metro lines. Plus we had so much available in the area too including a ton of restaurants just steps away. If anyone is looking for a great hotel, this is the place to go.

I was in one of the new rooms and can say, spot on! It was large, superbly renovated, really high end and for Paris amazingly large. Really nice rooms! Also liked the breakfast downstairs. Seems odd at first, but then really cosy and decent food, plus good service. And of course, the location!! You are in the centre of it all. If you want to not spend time going back and forth to your hotel, this is the place to be!!

Perfect location, extraordinarily nice staff, beautiful Belle Époque hotel being lovingly restored. Our room overlooked lively Rue St-Honore, which is lovely, but the massive casement windows kept our room as silent as the tomb at night. We loved the “work-in-progress” vibe, which was limited to hallways. Our room was huge by Paris standards, and the king bed was first-rate. Breakfast was great.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom were large, with a very modern and fashionable aesthetic. The room was constructed to let the most natural light in. The staff of the hotel were very accommodating, and the amenities provided were better than most, with large shampoo and body wash containers compared to the usual tiny bottles, for example.
